barksocail provides a decentralized social banking and DeFi platform that enables users to manage digital assets, participate in decentralized finance protocols, and engage in social financial communities. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use financial services in your jurisdiction to create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. All transactions executed through the Service are final and irreversible due to the nature of blockchain technology. barksocail charges protocol fees as disclosed at the time of each transaction; additional network gas fees are determined by the underlying blockchain and are your responsibility. We do not guarantee transaction success or specific execution prices.
barksocail is a non-custodial platform; you retain full control of your private keys and digital assets at all times. We do not hold, store, or have access to your funds, and we bear no liability for lost, stolen, or inaccessible assets resulting from your failure to secure your wallet credentials.
All content, branding, code, interfaces, and materials comprising the Service are the exclusive property of barksocail and its licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Service for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit vulnerabilities in, or interfere with the integrity of the platform or its smart contracts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
DeFi and digital asset activities carry significant financial risk, including the potential loss of your entire investment due to market volatility, smart contract vulnerabilities, and regulatory changes. Nothing within the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice; consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. barksocail does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, barksocail AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without cause, and with or without notice, particularly in cases of suspected illegal activity or material breach of these terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these terms immediately cease; provisions that by their nature survive termination shall remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, conducted in English.
barksocail reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
