Yes — you can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep your current benefits until then.

barksocail charges zero platform fees on withdrawals. However, on-chain transactions require gas fees set by the underlying network (e.g., Ethereum, Polygon), which vary with network congestion and are not controlled by us. Pro and Elite subscribers receive a monthly gas-fee credit to offset these costs.

APY (Annual Percentage Yield) shown in the app reflects the current annualized rate based on recent protocol performance across integrated DeFi pools. Yields are variable and not guaranteed — they fluctuate with liquidity, market conditions, and protocol rewards. barksocail integrates with select protocols that carry smart-contract cover through third-party providers like Nexus Mutual, available as an optional add-on for Pro and Elite plans. DeFi assets are not covered by government deposit insurance schemes such as FDIC or FSCS. We strongly recommend reviewing coverage options before depositing significant funds.

You can pay for paid plans using major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), USDC, or USDT on supported networks. Crypto payments are processed on-chain and confirmed within a few minutes. All subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun, except where required by applicable law.
